Moss & Co have partnered with a leading, independent Australian law firm with a global reach. We’re recruiting for a Team Coordinator/Senior Legal Assistant in their Real Estate & Projects team.

As the Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Real Estate & Projects team, by working closely with the Practice Manager, Support Staff and Partners to ensure that the team has best practice processes and systems in place and is always striving for continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- mentoring & supporting the other Legal Assistants
- managing the leave diary
- working closely with Practice Manager
- diary management for your operators
- monthly billing and reporting
- liaising with clients
- preparing legal documents and contracts
- maintaining complete electronic files in document management system (iManage), including document version control
- other ad hoc duties
