Terms & Conditions

The person referred (“Candidate”) must be successfully placed by Moss & Co Consulting Pty Ltd in a permanent or temporary position and remain employed in that role for a minimum period of 28 weeks.

The Candidate must not already be actively represented by or registered with Moss & Co Consulting in relation to the opportunity at the time of referral.

All information provided by the Candidate and the person making the referral (“Referrer”) must be accurate. Moss & Co Consulting reserves the right to withhold the referral payment where false or misleading information has been provided.

Any referral payment may have tax implications for the Referrer. We recommend seeking independent tax advice where required.
