The candidate referred by the Referrer (“Candidate”) must be successfully placed in a permanent or temporary employment position by Moss & Co Consulting Pty Ltd. They must remain employed full time in that role for a period of 28 weeks minimum.
Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Moss & Co Consulting Pty Ltd is not liable to pay the Fee.
This payment should be declared in your annual income tax return. We recommend that the Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
