Challenge:
The firm was urgently seeking a Senior Practice Assistant to provide support to the Managing Partner based in Melbourne. This position requires a high level of professionalism, organisational skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced legal environment. The Managing Partner serves as a key leader within the firm, and wears many hats. The role was integral, ensuring the smooth support of the Managing Partner’s diary and practice group. They were facing challenges in finding suitable candidates due to it being a candidate-short market and a busy period around Christmas.
